Let me be held whole while I'm strutting around broke / I overload and decompose the seedy poems I wrote / left work in the dust enough to fill a dirt devil / not much faith in the speech composed and that's on word rebels / They'll say hes okie doke rope a dope so uncomposed / but act beyond that break the chain you get the cages overthrown / a bit of pittance never stopped me from casting doubt / I'll still play the outcast til the crowd decide to cast me out /and that's just how it goes and been my poison pen has pierced the veil / twice or thrice my veins were ice I'm gaining traction losing mettle /there's no composer at the end of this piece / but if there were I'd have a stream of questions that never ceased starting with


(Why are we blessed with this complicated existence?) Not to feed the meter but rather to feed our soul / so what's in the light at the end of the tunnel? / plots unfolded with an unslowed roll

(what can one do to help without compromising oneself?) Open the traps and let em limp on / can we get through this rough patch without killing the earth? (Let's flourish the gardens and put death to the lawns)

Our field's never fallow keep the crop rotating / the passage that we crash through is a cavern in the mind / I'm always down for a fresh round of bloviating / we keep the flame burning through the pressing step of time / / precious with every line of logic stop and start this Stonehenge/ interrogate the pilot of this dirt ship and find his friends / track down the inventors and get the seeds distributed / grow and then flourish like they never intended it / grow beyond the bounds of cage and out of every lake / prosper hard enough to shake the universe's walls now / what's to stop us just some answers that we seek / question God about this while I'm pulling out its teeth
